SAMPLE POLICY

Dear Friends and Customers,

We know it is sometimes hard to make purchasing decisions if you are not previously familiar with a product. It is especially hard to choose a product from photos that are not crystal clear. So in an attempt to help you, we have devised this policy to allow those who need to, to order samples at a nominal charge from which to make a decision.

We would love to be able to afford to send everyone every item they may have an interest in free, but honestly, we can not afford to do that and continue to keep our prices low enough to guarantee to meet the lowest prices on the world wide web.

So here is the policy we have come up with and directions on how to request a specific sample..

You will see that listed first in every product drop down that you "click for pack and price" a SAMPLE charge.

Order your sample here and in the check out process (after you have chosen your freight method) you will come to a box labeled SPECIAL REQUESTS. In that box list the exact product description or color of the sample you want.

Napkins, table cover swatches and  any samples that fit into an envelope will be freight free. If your sample order doesn't fit in an envelope we will charge you UPS minimum charge of $8.00 and we will pay their (UPS's) handling charge ($2.74 if delivering to a residence)

 By contract with Caspari, Anne Taintor and IHR which we can not send samples of their products at all.

Again Robert and I wish we could be more generous, but in an attempt to provide the industry with the ability to buy split cases with no minimum order and at low margins, this is the best we can do.
