Wedding Tea* Centerpiece

Use this fabulous, versatile display stand as a dining table Centerpieces for a Wedding Tea* as I have in my book Divine Disposables, or for Appetizers, Desserts and don't forget Cupcakes.

These "Cup Cake Trees" are also being used in place of the tradition wedding cake filled with beautifully decorated Cupcakes.

Before this creative invention Caterers had to buy or rent very very very expensive tier trays, and not even have the ability to personalize them for the client, lest anyone make a scratch !

Now you can let your glue gun and imagination run wild. Use one to kick up your buffet presentation! With a little attention to masking the infratructure I think the art of your presentation will be appreciated and remembered.

#1 Spray paint it to match your color story.
#2 Use ribbon, fabric or tulle swag to skirt the bottom.
#3 Accent the edges ( glue gun) with coordinating ribbon, ribbon bows, tulle bows, topical charms, shells, mardigras beads, luau leis..........

LARGE CUPCAKE TREE
The large tree holds 250 cupcakes as you see it, if you use all the tiers. You do not have to.
If you eliminate my skirt idea you can surround the lowest tier with another 50 cupcakes.

MEDIUM CUPCAKE TREE
The medium tree holds 75 cupcakes or up to 100 if you surround the bottom tier with 50 more cupcakes.

SMALL CUPCAKE TREE
The small tree holds up to 50 cupcakes. I am not sure yet if this includes surrounding the bottom tier.....check back in a bit.

I am also waiting for information as to which tiers can be eliminated with out damage to the integrity of the structure.

* The setting of a Tea tray is very traditional.

The bottom level is for Scones and Muffins. I think one could substitue any bread product one would enjoy with assorted Jams and Clotted Cream. (East coast and west coast can add some bagels... cream cheese on the side)

The layers above is for crustless Sandwiches, or minitures i.e. Quiches, Empandas, Eggrolls or even 3 bite size Po-boys will work.

The top layers are for the good stuff, Petitfours, brownies, marzapan, dipped strawberries, miniture Flan, anything that is no more than 2 bites big.
