Our CASH&CARRY in Coconut Grove has many customers/Bakers that work from home. They make their specialties, such as carrot cakes, cheese cakes, cookies and pies of every kind for local high-end restaurants. These artists stop by once a week to pick up just what they need.

Here on the web we also sell our bakery boxes and corrugated circles, found under BAKERY/Corrugated, by the each, so that the small entrepreneur can deliver a professional presentation without having to keep an inventory of assorted size bales on hand.

These lucky "Pajama Bakers" just pop on their label, add a doilie found under FOOD SERVICE/Doilies, tie on their signature color ribbon and compete with any of the commercial bakeries here in Miami.

Caterers use bakery boxes to transport product to an event.

Brides use bakery boxes to take home the top layer of their cake, and to provide a container for guests to take home slices of their cake. Pre-packaged with a coordinating ribbon and a surprise thank you note = a detail long remembered and appreciated by any guest who was too full and guilty to really enjoy the cake the night before.
