The Knork is a new invention designed to combine the functions of both a knife and a fork. It has many applications, but first I need to tell you that it works! The item works for a stand up buffet where no seating or tables are provided. It avoids the awkwardness of trying to balance food and cutlery.............and allows for a more extended menu than usual under these circumstances.
