Baking for a Wedding?

Baking is not Robert's specialty but his cupcake size brownies (he uses the 5" bake cups) are fantastic. I use the 6" for finger bowls with a lemon wedge wrapped in a piece of cheese cloth, found under FOOD SERVICE/Supplies Misc., and tied with a pretty ribbon.  That's about the limit or our personal experience with this product line, other than we have been buying from the same vendors for 25 years and our CASH&CARRY customers travel over county lines for this selection.

NOTE: Example of how product is packed - 24pc = 24 pieces in the pack. 10/24 = 240pc in the case. The 1st number is how many packs in a case, 2nd number is how many pieces to a pack.
