Whether you're shopping or cooking for a business or for party supplies for your next event, you can feel confident that we have chosen our cutlery very carefully. Within each category of weight you will find the best quality available for any food served for every type of event, including birthdays, baby showers, weddings or for a luau! Our Recommendations
1. Cocktail party - For a two hour party you will need three forks per person, unless all the food is finger food in which case picks and/or beverage napkins, found under napkins. will do. Picks can be found under FOOD SERVICE/Supplies/Misc.
2. Buffet - For a two hour service, 2 - 4 forks, 1 - 2 knives and 1 - 2 spoons per person.
3. Sit down meals - Order the same cutlery you would use if using regular flatware. Don't forget, forks are needed for salad, main course and dessert (unless you are serving ice cream, in which case you will need a spoon for dessert and one for coffee). To save money, if your event is not too fancy, you can use coffee stirs also found under FOOD SERVICE/Supplies/Misc.
Whatever you are ordering, it is wise to order an additional "just in case" amount of at least 10%.
